Gather the group's requirements first
Tell us which nights you need and how many guests are coming. Explain who wants to share and who needs a single room. The hotel has 11 rooms across six room types, so room count and guest count are not the same thing. Room 105 can take up to four with extra beds, while Small twin rooms have no space for an extra bed. We discuss the allocation and confirm availability. Bookings of more than three rooms have a different cancellation deadline: at least five days before arrival.
