Bread and cold cuts on the buffet
Bread comes from Siljans konditori Monday–Saturday. The buffet has soft bread and crispbread from Leksands Knäckebröd, alongside Gustafs sausage and Leksand ham from Rältagården. Choose what suits your morning, from a sandwich to cultured milk or yoghurt with fruit. Vegetables and other cold cuts are also available. This is a continental buffet, rather than dishes ordered from a table-service menu.
We aim to offer organic and locally produced choices on the buffet. The producer names help you recognise food from the area; they do not mean that every item is organic. Ask us if you would like to know about a particular ingredient.
Plan your morning
Breakfast is served in the dining room on weekdays from 07:00 to 09:00 and weekends from 08:00 to 10:00. Use those hours when planning work, a guided visit or your onward journey. Breakfast is included for all hotel guests, whichever room type you book, so there is no breakfast charge to add when comparing our rooms.
If you are not staying here, drop-in breakfast costs 105 kr per adult. Call if several of you wish to come together. For lactose-free or gluten-free breakfast, tell us when booking or at check-in at the latest. Explain what you need rather than assuming every option is already on display. We can help you plan breakfast before the morning begins.
