## How self check-in works
Self check-in from 15:00. On your arrival day you receive an email or text with a code for the front door. Your key is waiting in an envelope with your name on it. Questions before arrival? Call +46 247 145 70.

## When is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is included and served weekdays 07:00–09:00, weekends 08:00–10:00 in the breakfast room.

## Where do I park?
Parking by the hotel and with a parking disc in the square.

## How does the sauna work?
Free sauna for 2–3 people, no booking.

## Outdoor terrace
The outdoor terrace is open 1 May–30 September.

## Can I bring a pet?

## What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel by 15:00 (3 pm) the day before arrival (standard rate). For more than three rooms, cancel at least five days before arrival.

## Need to change something during your stay?

Call or email us directly about your reservation. Explain what you wish to change and which nights it concerns. An extra bed or bringing a dog needs confirmation from the hotel because room capacities differ. Please discuss lactose-free or gluten-free breakfast before arrival where possible. Do not share booking numbers or personal details in the chat.
