## What helps us answer a booking enquiry

Include arrival, departure and guest count in your email. Say if you need separate beds, an extra bed, a cot or a room that can accommodate a dog. We need to confirm the right room, not just an available date. Contact us directly about an existing reservation; do not share personal details or booking numbers with Kulla. We can also answer breakfast, accessibility and arrival questions by phone or email.
