## Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use hotelleksand.se, regardless of ability or assistive technology. The website is built to follow the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

## What we have done
The website works with a keyboard and screen readers. It has a link to skip straight to the content and clear focus indicators. Text has good contrast and can be enlarged to 200% without losing content. Images have descriptive texts. Animations are turned off if you have chosen reduced motion on your device. The map is an image, so no external map services are loaded.

## Known limitations
The booking engine on the booking page comes from our supplier Nitesoft, and we cannot fully control how accessible it is. If it is difficult to book there, we are happy to book for you by phone or email. Kulla, our AI assistant, can sometimes give incomplete answers. Call us if anything is unclear.

## At the hotel
There are no steps at the entrance and all rooms are at street level – easy with a pram. Double room (room 105) is accessibility adapted, with wider doors and a raised toilet seat.

## Plan the stay around your needs

The hotel entrance has no steps and every room is at street level. Double room (room 105) is accessibility adapted, with wider doors and a raised toilet seat. It has a double bed, seating area and its own bathroom with shower and WC. These are the room details we can confirm. If you need a particular door width, bathroom measurement or information about moving between spaces, contact us before booking. We want to discuss your needs rather than letting the room name serve as the entire answer.

Tell us your dates and guest count, the sleeping arrangements you need and the practical questions you would like answered. Room 105 accommodates up to four people with two extra beds; request those beds when booking. Breakfast is included in the room price. Tell us about lactose-free or gluten-free requirements when booking or at check-in at the latest.
